Nathan DeMarioNathan is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Masters of Science in Engineering. For the past 5 years, Nathan has worked on the development of mass exchangers for sensible and latent cooling. During this time. Nathan has assisted in leading a multi-million dollar project in the development of a membrane based Dedicated Outdoor Air System with support from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). Nathan has three patents for HVAC related technologies and devices.

Jon Owejan, PhDFormerly with General Motors, Jon worked in the Electrochemical Energy Research Laboratory. Jon led electrochemical transport research by coordinating the activities of researchers at GM, national labs, and universities. The focus of his research was multi-scale transport in lithium-ion batteries and fuel cells. Jon has published over 40 papers in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings and has 29 patents related to novel energy systems. In addition, Jon has founded the Energy Storage and Conversion (ESC) lab at Alfred State where his research is focused on energy conversion devices.
